How to permanently mark packaging and transport media in the warehouse?

A fairly common problem faced by customers is the permanent marking of transport boxes and crates. Exposed to impacts, abrasions and frequent washing, such boxes require very resistant and permanent markings. In addition, materials such as PVC, ABS, polypropylene, or polystyrene are very difficult substrates for the adhesive.

In the case of harsh environments, which expose the label to print abrasion, an additional clear laminate can be used to provide full protection against mechanical damage and aggressive chemicals.

We have the experience and the right materials to label such packaging permanently and effectively. We take case-to-case approach to each enquiry, carrying out appropriate tests if necessary. We are able to prepare a professional report on material selection, abrasion resistance, and adhesive strength according to the FINAT international standard or a standard supplied by the customer.

Which labels to use for box labelling?

The label can be produced in any size and colour, printed with variable data, barcodes, 2D codes or prepared in the form of labels on rolls for self-printing by the customer on any thermal transfer printer.

The available machine park allows us to quickly fulfil an order in any production volume. An exemplary realization period of 800 000 pieces of labels is 5-6 working days, while the customer may receive the first partial delivery after just 2 days from ordering.
